If you have not yet downloaded the E-Transcript Viewer to the computer you will be using to view the E-Transcripts, you'll need to first download the Reader program (similar to an Acrobat reader) one time only per computer you use to view the e-Transcripts.
Install Instructions
- Click on the Download E-Transcript Viewer button above .
- When the File Download box opens, click " Save ".
Note: Your browser may display its standard warning about downloading files from the Internet.
- Select a location where you want to save the file (PC="envsetup.exe" and Mac="e-transcript_viewer.sit").
- When the Download Complete box opens, click " Open " (or " Run " for Windows® XP users) to install the free Viewer and place the E-Transcript Viewer icon on your desktop. When you want to use the Viewer in the future, you simply double-click the icon on your desktop or open the E-Transcript file attachment to your e-mail.
Note: Your browser may display its standard warning about knowing the publisher (or source) of the file.
- You DO NOT need to download and install the E-Transcript Viewer every time you receive an E-Transcript file. One time per computer.
